POLICIES

Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure your appointment date/time. Deposits are accepted in the form of Venmo (@chantalchen) or Zelle (626-695-1138). No Deposit = No Appointment. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment in Cash or Zelle.

Late Policy
Please pre-check your route & be on time, being late takes time from your appointment. Message me if you are arriving late. There is a one time only 15 minute grace period. Anything over 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. Another deposit is required to reschedule.

Reschedule/ Cancellation Policy
Notify me ASAP before the 48 hour mark if you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred one time only. All cancellations/reschedules within 48 hour mark will result in loss of deposit. A new deposit will be required to re-book.

No Shows
No Shows will automatically forfeit their deposit. You will not be allowed to re-book in the future.

Additional Guests
No extra guests are allowed.

-Have any transmittable blood related conditions (HIV, Hepatitis)
-Be undergoing chemotherapy
-Diabetic

must not:
- Be allergic to anesthetics, tattoo inks, needles, or pigments
- Have Glaucoma and/or taking blood thinning medicines
- Suffer from keloid/hypertrophic scarring
- Have bleeding disorders (hemophilia)
- Have any type of bacterial/viral infection
- Be Epileptic
- Have taken Accutane/any skin medication within the past year
- Currently taking any steroid medication
-have received Botox/Lip Fillers in Lip are within 4 weeks of appointment

*must not be prone to cold sores*
even if you had it only once, you need to get Valtrex/ or antiviral medication prescribed from your primary & take it 3 days prior to your appointment & during entire healing process

Before Your Appointment

-Start moisturizing/ exfoliating your lips 1 week before your appointment
-Do not drink alcohol/caffeine 24 hours before your appointment
-Avoid long exposure to sunlight
-Do not workout or participate in any exercise day of procedure
-Do not take any blood thinners (Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Vitamin E, fish oils) 48 - 72 hours before your appointment
-If prone to cold sores, take antiviral medication from your primary 3 days prior to your appointment until healing process is over

After your Appointment

Day 1:
-Clean lips with sterile water & clean paper towel

Day 2-7:
-Do not pick/peel any scabs/ dry areas that form during the healing process
-Keep the lip area dry while showering/washing your face
-Apply thin layer of A&D ointment every few hours to keep lips mositurized
-Avoid touching lips until they are done healing
-No Working Out/ Sweating
-Do not eat spicy, oily, salty, or acidic foods
-Drink out of straws & eat with utensils to avoid over stretching lips
-No kissing, smoking, or rubbing the lip area
-Do not exposure lips to excessive sunlight or tanning beds
-No swimming (salt water/chlorine can change pigment)

*Client will be asked to fill out an in-depth consent form the day of your appointment*

Lash Extensions Training

1:1 Private Classic + Volume Course - $1,600 (call for appointment)

This course caters to beginners who want an introduction class to learn how to do classic, hybrid, and volume. It's a great foundations course and will give you everything you need to get started. We cover lash theory, anatomy, sanitation, lash application, different placements, intro to classic + volume, 3 different methods of creating volume fans, basic mapping, marketing + editing, building clientele, & etc. Learn all of my secrets that I've learned over the years. Lifetime guidance/ support included.

Hybrid Full Set - $180

The most natural set I offer, it's the perfect set for my first time clients who want to achieve "my lashes but better" look.

Light Volume Full Set - $200

Still natural but add a lil density. Light volume sets will give you coverage + fluff and perfect for clients who have sparse lashes.

Volume Full Set - $230

Volume Sets are perfect for clients who want full, dark, and dense sets that make you stand out from the crowd. Created with 6-10D fans, volume fans will give coverage for clients who have sparse lashes while giving drama.

Megavolume Full Set - $250

My most requested set is my Megavolume set. Megavolume gives a iconic dark lash line but keeping the overall look fluff and dense. It's suitable towards clients who want their lashes to stand out + also great for client's with sparse lashes that aren't able to obtain the fullness they desire with the other sets. Using 10-15D fans, our Megavolume fans will cover up any gaps needed.

Mini Fills are provided for clients who want their lashes full 24/7 + prefer to have their lashes filled weekly. Also suitable for clients who have upcoming special events/ last minute vacations/etc.

Lash Removal - $30 (call for appointment)

A deposit is not needed for this service, DM on IG to Book only removals.

Removal w/ New Set - $20 (call for appointment)

Additional +10 is added to your full set price. No need to book this service separately, please write in the comments while booking you will be needed a removal as well.

Foreign Fills - $30 (call for appointment)

Clients coming with previous work from another artist will be charge an additional +20. There is no guarantee, we are able to work on top of your previous artist and may be subject to a removal + new set.

No need to separately book for foreign fill. Book for a regular fill + write foreign fill in the comments when booking.

Squeeze in Appts/ After Hours

Lip Blush is a semi-permanent cosmetic tattooing that enhances the lip's natural tint and shape. It's a popular treatment to boost symmetry and define lip contours to create the perfect shape. Colors are customizable to match desired lip color and to correct any paleness and uneven tones.

Initial Touch up is between 1-3 Months is HIGHLY recommended to achieve the best long lasting results. Touch Ups after the second session is recommended annually. Lip Blush is a two step process (more for neutralization cases) and touch ups are just as crucial as the initial procedure to ensure desired results & longevity.
